By accessing and using measurementIQ ("the Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

measurementIQ is an audit tool for Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers that uses artificial intelligence to analyze configurations and provide improvement recommendations.

The Service includes:

• Automated analysis of tags, triggers and variables
• AI-based recommendations to improve implementation
• PDF report generation
• Container health scoring

3. Usage Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Have authorized access to the GTM accounts you wish to audit
• Accept the OAuth permissions required to access the GTM API

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for legal and authorized purposes
• Not attempt to access GTM containers without authorization
• Not use the Service for malicious or fraudulent activities
• Not attempt to circumvent the Service's security measures
• Not overload the Service with excessive requests

5. Service Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated recommendations are suggestions and we do not guarantee their accuracy or suitability for your specific case.
• We are not responsible for actions you take based on the Service's recommendations.
• The Service may experience temporary interruptions for maintenance or updates.
• Usage limits (audits per hour) may apply depending on the plan used.

6. Intellectual Property

All Service content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons and software, is the property of measurementIQ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Reports generated for your use are your property, but the format, design and analysis methodology remain the property of measurementIQ.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, measurementIQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Data loss or business interruptions
• Errors in provided recommendations
• Issues arising from GTM changes made following recommendations
• Service interruptions

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless measurementIQ, its directors, employees and agents, from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may also stop using the Service at any time by revoking access from your Google account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
